This is probably one of the most enjoyable and compelling resource-rich business building events you can possibly imagine.  For us, what has happened with our business, our conviction for our business and where it goes is ultimately the result of the experience and exposure we gained at the first Convention we attended...absolutely!  The Conventions that are taking place during this era of YTB's timeline and growth period, compounded by the timing of the "shifts" that are taking place within the industry, are unlike anything we could have imagined.   We are approaching our Golden Era and it is amazing what type of content can be presented at a Convention when a Company is growing and progressing at such a phenomenal rate; Especially when that success is directly representative of the opportunity that is available for its RTAs. 

This level of personal and direct exposure the RTAs can obtain, through this event, to our Company, our business model, our fellow RTAs, our leadership and unbelievable Founders can have such a colossal impact on your perspective and understanding of what you have through YTB.  In attending the last two Conventions, the scope of realization of what YTB represents for our own family's future has been more powerful than we could have ever imagined for our progression.  This event made an impact on us to a degree that we will never be able to convey to another that has never experienced it.  This impact is crucially valuable for every RTA as it channels itself through your approach to your Travel Business at home. That approach is essential in dictating where your business goes and how fast it gets there.

Outside of our Travel Store Purchase, this is absolutely the most valuable investment that we have made in our future!  We cannot encourage every RTA strongly enough to attend the next convention.  In the same breath, we cannot impress upon every RTA that has not attended a Convention how important it is to get as many of your RTAs to this event with you as you can.  Go out together!  The impact that this specific event can make on your personal business is phenomenal and when it is compounded by the attendance of a "team", it can be astounding!  We've heard compelling testimonies from current, senior earners that were literally dragged to a past Convention by their sponsors.  They now report that the Convention was greatly responsible for setting in motion the things that led them to where they are today that likely would not have happened otherwise, certainly not when they did.  In one case, their business was totally "on the shelf" before attending.  Clearly, their Sponsors had a tremendous impact on these RTAs’ futures through their encouraging them to attend and was the most valuable support effort the Sponsor could have offered.  

Please understand, it is not being suggested that an RTA will become a Director, Senior Income Earner, etc. simply because they went to Convention.  However, substantial impacts on peoples’ business and lives as a result of their attendance is typical.  This is another one of those patterns you will find with the exceedingly successful RTAs in this business...they are at the Conventions.  These patterns are clues!

There are two "days" with YTB that an RTA will always remember that can begin a very lucrative journey with this Company.  The second best day of these two days is when you first believe in YTB.  The best day is when YTB becomes "a part of you."  The latter is what the Convention is all about!  We look forward to spending an unbelievable business building weekend with all of our partners!  This trip will be a blast...it has been every time!
