The original and primary purpose
of this shirt is to allow the thousands of people in our
team to identify each others presence at Convention.
This is not just a "cool, fun" thing to do but brings to
the table a huge advantage for the Reps. Networking
with your peers is crucially important at this event and
an opportunity you can get at no other event even close
to this level. The shirts allow you to identify and be
identified as members of the same team from other areas
to "talk shop" with and establish relationships that
will be helpful ongoing. It also allows individuals
from smaller areas, that don't know very many people
YET, to gain access to their group of peers, which is
such an important part in our success that comes from
teamwork! You have heard it time and time again how
important it is to "surround yourselves with those who
are going where you aspire to be..." Anyone under Juliet
St. John is encouraged to very carefully consider this
idea.

Shirts:
The
shirts are polo style shirts that come in Men's and
Women's sizes. They come in two colors; either black or
white. They seem to run just a tad small, so if you are
right on the boarder of shirt sizes, my suggestion is to
consider going with the next size up. The quality of
the material is a very high quality, soft, heavy cotton
with vibrant colors used for the embroidering.

All
Shirts have the "ZamZuu Champions" logo on them as shown
above. You also have the option of having
your team name or your "Director Team" name directly
under the "ZamZuu Champions" logo; in our case for those
under me, the Director Team name is obviously "Team
Leader's Crossing." YOU
