You wouldn't start a new job without some initial direction, why in the world would you consider starting your own business without the same?...  Especially when it represents one of the most financially beneficial opportunities that you have likely come across!  You aren't working for someone else this time, you are working for YOU!  Even if you are here just because of the tax deductions and travel benefits, wouldn't it make sense to know everything your investment has to offer? Wouldn't it make sense to know how to do the things you have already identified with?  There is a right, wrong, effective and ineffective way to do anything, in any business.  These are the things the CRTA Program is designed to address.

As an interesting point, we have senior income earners that have come onboard within the last 12 to 36 months.  Some already have themselves earning incomes every 30 to 60 days that is difficult for many of us to imagine earning on an annual bases (you are here at the right time)... and we haven't even gotten started good yet!  Some of these folks too, our leaders, made their decision to join because they identified with things as simple as the tax advantages and travel benefits.  What happened?... Many of those stories start out the same way; Something was presented, said or experienced in a Certification or Convention that made something in their mind "click"; It made it possible from them to realize the reality of the true scope of what YTB could represent for their future.  The things that "click" are many times different for each individual.  This is not to say that just because you are Certified, you will become a senior earner, there is more to it than that.  What is being said however, is that there is a pattern to recognized; The exceedingly successful RTAs in this business are Certified.  The most informed normally do go the furthest because they either know better what to do or they have a better understanding of what they are able to go after.  Certification is not required, it's just that important!
