We are very pleased to provide this resource for our team and the members of our peer organizations. The content of this site provides tools, building techniques and resources that have proven to be very beneficial in building this phenomenal business. The content of this site has been inspired and provided as a result of and through our experience as well as through the experience and direction of many of our Directors, senior income earners and field leaders within the Company. It is also being used as just one effective method of communication with our team. We want to be very clear in stating that much of the content on this site is NOT official ZamZuu Provided Material. This site should NEVER be directly used in place of the resources found in your back office, but rather to supplement the material in your back office. Below are some things that must be kept in mind regarding the use of this site:
1) This site IS NOT a marketing site. It is a resource for EXISTING ZamZuu Business Owners who choose to utilize this site as a resource. Some of the content is privileged information that is limited to those in our industry and/or Company. Under no circumstances should a prospective business owner be directed to this site prior to them becoming Business Owners.
2) There is a great deal of material, including many of the building tools, that did not come from ZamZuu Directly. The materials on this site came from many different sources and may or may not have been approved by our Legal Department. ALL MATERIALS USED FOR MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE ZAMZUU COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO BEING USED. THIS REQUIREMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUSINESS OWNER UTILIZING SAID MARKETING / PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL. This Corporate policy for the purpose of protecting all of us as Business Owners! For further information regarding this policy, please reference the Terms and Conditions/Policies and Procedures posted in your back office. Material may be submitted to ZamZuu for approval by going to your back office, opening up your Support Ticket Link and submitting your materials to be approved to the Legal Department.
3) Your use of the content of this site is done so at your sole discretion and should only be used according to the Terms and Conditions stipulated by ZamZuu. By using the content of this site, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any actions or consequences resulting from your utilization of this site. Furthermore, you agree to ensure the Horton Family, ZamZuu, Inc., YTB International and any/all of its subsidiaries will in no way be held liable for any situation arising out of your use of this site.
Please understand that this disclosure is not being made because we feel any content on this site is questionable. Quite the contrary, the content on this site was posted because we feel it is invaluable and much of it has proven to play key mentoring, guidance & directional roles in the success of our leaders. However, we are not the authority; ZamZuu is and for good reason! We hate that we live in a time that such a disclosure is needed in response to simply trying to provide a superior level of support to the valuable members of our team within this phenomenal organization. There has never been any indication that the material on this site has been misused. Nevertheless, there are always those situations that arise, in response to the actions of "the very few", that are the result of very little common sense being utilized or as a result of gross misjudgment. With such a phenomenal opportunity that represents such an unprecedented benefit for our families and futures, we, nor the Company, can afford for any "few" to jeopardize the future security of this Company and of the Business Owners as a whole.
