10)    Take the "1st Class Training" RTA Certification

This class is an online class that consists of about 3 to 4 hours of information packed training.  This is where you get the "Fundamentals" of the travel business you own!  Taking this class is one of the most important efforts you can make to fuel your success with this Company.  This absolutely cannot be emphasized strongly enough.  This training opportunity will give you a HUGE, in-depth, highly accelerated education on this Company and it’s operation, how to take advantage of the benefits of being an RTA, an introduction to all the different streams of income that are available to you as an RTA as well as qualifies you for earnings to which only Certified RTAs have access!

YTBI’s 1st Class Training Program has also received approval to provide one of the requirement steps to qualify you for your CLIA (Cruise Line International Association - http://www.cruising.org/) Card This is an elevated level of credentials held by Travel Professionals and these credentials can give you access to huge discounts, even many that are above and beyond those we have access to through our YTB credentials.  Travel Professionals who know how to travel as “Travel Professionals” will not be caught without this card.  Travel Agents who are not with YTB have to go directly to CLIA for a training class to get this card and those agents incur a few hundred dollars in expenditures to make it all happen.  Although this training opportunity for your business is not required, in our mind, it should be the exception to the rule and should be required… for your own benefit.  This is HIGHLY recommended as those who are significantly supplementing their own income or designing their entire lifestyle through this Company are Certified!  It is a pattern… every example of an elevated level of success within this Company was preceded by that person being Certified.  Knowledge is power.  It’s that simple.
