These do not come with a dialer. Unless you already have one, I suggest downloading IE 3 above, and selecting to only install the dialer. It is one of the best dialers I've seen for Win 3.1.

FoxMail 1.6 - This is a great little POP3 email program for Windows 3.1. It has several nice features, including the ability to download only the messages that you want from the server, using Remote Mailbox. It can read HTML formatted messages by using your system's default web browser. And, it is small enough to fit and run off a single floppy disk, as long as you don't have tons of mail stored on the disk. The program works on any OS Windows 3.1 and up, so this means you can easily check your mail from any computer running Windows 3.1/95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. fmail16e.zip - 294KB
