Since 1979, I have been building plastic model kits. Most of them have been normal builds, but a few got out of hand! My father is a great builder. He does 1/72 scale aircraft of all types. I never knew what building models was about till I saw his office! My whole life I never knew him, so when I finally got to meet and live with him in 1988, I was blown away by the level of detail and sheer quantity of built and UNBUILT kits he had. I'd guess at least 500 kits total! All of which were the high-end Hasegawa and Tamiya kits. With my love for exotic cars, and the skills I obtained from being around my father and other IPMS members, I found many more details that could be included on my builds. These days, I have only two surviving kits which are both incomplete. Check them out, I think the detail you see will astound you....
