Available in two formats. Our Standard kit features a light epoxy fuselage with the large wing and tailplane fairings which cut out the need for time consuming alignment procedures. Special double wall construction is used to stiffen the flat surfaces of the sides. Access to the tank bay and radio equipment is through a large removable top hatch which tucks under the cowl at the front and includes the clear canopy. The cowl has vents molded in which can be cut- out to provide additional cooling. The two piece Aluminum T6061 alloy landing gear bolts from the inside to a strong plyand balsa box epoxied to the fuselage. The plug-in foam core wings are fully sheeted and finely sanded with the ailerons cut out. The holes for the large diameter wing tube and aileron servo wire are predrilled. The tailplane and rudder are also sheeted and the elevators are cut-out ready for facing. The kit includes the T6061 alloy wing tube with phenolic sleeves and a clear Lexan canopy with the frame outline molded in. The kit also includes all the ply and balsa parts to complete the model using the illustrated instruction manual. In the Deluxe ARC Kit the control surfaces are finished and ready for hinges. The Landing Gear is also fitted and has the mounting blocks fiberglassed to the fuselage.
