Constitution of the Order of the Dragon

I, the KCM, one of the Founding fathers of ORDR, have hereby incribed this consitution with the intention of making sure that the ORDR snivelbags do not get out of control.
1. The KCM, DAK, and COS areth the leaderseths ofeth thiseth Order.
2. The KCM will always be the Warlord of House Skaven, the DAK will always be the Warlord of House Dark Elf, and the COS will always be the Warlord of House Lizardmen.

3. The Warlords of Houses are the senior players of their army that haveth been in the ORDR the longesteth.

4. Voting shall be as follows: Each Rank gets different votes.
Dragonmaster - 5
Drakelord - 4
Wyrmling - 3
Champion - 2
Veteran - 2
Warrior - 1
Slaveleader - 1
Slave - 0
Newbie - 0

5. Any member may propose something excepting a change of name or disbandment of ORDR. Any disbandment propsals will get you expelled by consent of the KCM, DAK, and COS (all must agree). Proposals will be voted on using the ORDR voting system Suceeded proposals will be known as Amendments.

6. Any inter-house conflicts shall be decided by the KCM, DAK, and COS.

7. In-house Conflicts shall be determinned by the House Warlord. If it involves the expulsion of a member, full voting procedures including all of ORDR will be carried out.

8. Ranks. Below are the ranks in order of power (most to least) and the responsibilities of each rank. In additioneth, how to achieve each rank is listed.

Dragonmaster - Moderators on the Forum, keep the Club together. the KCM, DAK, and COS are the only Dragonmasters.

Drakelord - Moderator on the Forums. To achieve the rank of Drakelord, you must defeat a Dragonmaster in a 2000 point Ptched Battle, using Victory Points (Victory must be at least a Minor Victory).

Wyrmling - Get an 85 or higher on the Warhammer test.

Champion - Beat a current Champion in a 1000 point Pitched battle using Victory points (victories must be at least a Minor Victory)

Veteran - Been with ORDR for at leastb 2 months

Warrior - Must have gotten a 60 or higher on the Warhammer Test

Slavemaster - When taking the Warhammer Test, you get less than a 60, but greater than a 30

Slave - Have been with ORDR for at least 1 month, and have played at least 2 games of Warhammer. Also must have at least 500 points of painted models.

9. Titles. Listed below are the titles and responsibilities. These titles are approved for mambers by the Dragonmasters.

KCM (Kamikaze Chipmunk Monk) - Warlord of House Skaven

DAK (Druchii Anointed of Khaine) - Warlord of House Dark Elf

COS (Chosen of Sotek) - Warlord of House Lizardmen

Warlord - The ruler of a House

10. The members are as follows. Your member name will appear first, then rank, then titles, and finally, House allegiances.

First Amendment

ORDR members can be expelled, punished, or suspended on the grounds of bad behaviour, such as cheating in Warhammer battles, poor sportsmanship, etc... ifeth they are found 'guilty' aftereth voting procedures.


Second Amendment

Any rules that GW makes can be used in battles without your opponents permission unless he asks specifically for a battle without unofficial units.


Third Amendment Proposition

All games must be played with fully painted models.
