My name is Steven Nelson - a Host Home Provider, Human Services Administrator and Entertainment Professional, from Aurora, Colorado.
I am also the founder and President of NACER.org - an organization providing care for the animals and people of Southern Mexico.

This site reflects my love of the Costa Turquesa - the Turquoise Coast of Southern Mexico, on the Yucatan Peninsula, facing the Caribbean Sea. Mainly I'll let the pictures tell the Stories, though people who know me also know that I wouldn't miss the chance to get a few words in as well.

 My family and friends who have shared this wonderful part of my life expect that one day, they may look but find me gone - escaping to 'The Roo',  blending into the reefs and rain forests I feel so connected to. But I'm graced with the life I live, and know that 'Paradise' is where you make it - so I'll likely continue to spend my days planning the next trip, hoping to leave more there than when I came. That's the real secret of any love affair, isn't it?
