Award Ceremony

On October 16th, 2003 Alex was honored at an Award Ceremony as part of the 2003 Walk/Bike California Conference. Alex was presented with a signed and framed copy of the legislation naming the new Bay Bridge bike lane after Alex in front of 150 friends, colleagues and state officials. It was a fantastic affair with many nice words said, good food and dancing to the music of a live band. Alex had a great time and was thrilled to receive the honor.
