Dance for Zumba, Dance for Life!!

My Zumba Schedule

Hi, my name is Nora J. Coker and I would love to be your Zumba Instructor!! So what exactly is Zumba?  It is a 60 minute dance-fitness class combining Latin-inspired rhythms with other International music.  The movements are EASY to follow because a basic formula applies particular dance steps to particular parts of the song.  As you practice you began to recognize where a certain movement fits within a song.   

You may be reading this information thinking, "I cannot dance!"  But before you let that discourage you from trying out the class remember everyone who has the ability to dance had a first day and on their first day their body didn't just "know" what to do.  If you love exercise, music, and the thought of trying out some simple basic dance steps my Zumba class is the perfect combination.

My Current Schedule:

First Baptist Church of Griffin (Starting July 12, 2010):  Griffin, GA Mon @ 5pm, Th @ 7pm.  The class is $4 per visit or a $40 punch card is available.  If you buy a $40 punch card I will give you one class for FREE.  FBC Gymnasium is located in Griffin on Taylor St. and 8th St., across from the Burger King in the Family Life Building. 

The Raquethause Pool: 1447 N. Expressway, Griffin, GA 30224  Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm.  Cost is $5 for non-members of the club.
