Personally Came before me William D Riggs an acting Justice of the peace in and for the County & State aforesaid Henry Bradford [,] Philemon Bradford & Robert Blythe who being appointed by the County Court aforesaid to appraise the Estate of Mordica Fuller Sr late of sd County deceased & after being duly sworn deposeth and Saith that they will well & truly & impartially appraise all the goods & chattels & effects that shall be pointed out to or that shall be known to them to be of the Estate of the Aforesaid Mordica Fuller Sr Dece on this the 24th day of June 1831 according to the best of their skill & abilities [.]
